I hope everyone is keeping safe and well in what are very strange times at the moment.

We would normally be going through the cricket season but as yet we are still waiting to see wether we can get any play at all.

As you all know the latest ECB statement pushed the recreational season back to August, which is still some time away.

However nets has returned in a fashion all be it with social distancing in place, not ideal but atleast their is some movement.

Aside from all the ongoing covid news, league chairman David Hopkinson was interviewed on The Radio Lancashires Inside Edge programme, along with the Longridge Chairman so if you can find the link it is a good listen.

In the mean time here is the latest ECB guidance over recreational cricket, lets hope we do eventually get some play (fingers crossed):
