You will have heard that Blackburn & Darwen have been placed in ‘Pre-Lockdown’. This is not a legislative measure but it is expected to stay in place for the next 4 weeks.
Whilst there are no immediate implications for ourselves, it does serve as a warning against any complacency. Therefore, we are asking all clubs to:

 Ensure that Risk Assessments are thorough and complete.
(Clubs must not host a game without informing us of their completed Risk Assessment.)

 Ensure that Government guidelines are followed for opening up clubs and playing facilities.
(It is our understanding that insurance cover remains valid provided Government guidelines are followed.)

 Ensure that ECB Roadmap Step 4 guidelines are followed completely.
(This cannot be emphasised too strongly.)

 Except for access to toilets, changing rooms MUST NOT be used.
(We are aware that the ECB have issued minor modifications but the Government position is that they should not be used and this remains our position.)
